Exciting to see the transformation of an abandoned, blighted commercial building into a vibrant, beautiful apartment complex. Our land use consultants helped Viking Construction by: presenting a text change to the Stamford Zoning Board to allow the commercial building to be converted to multifamily development; facilitated the consolidation of a neighboring property; then, obtained another round of zoning approvals to add a fourth story to the existing building and expand the parking. Pre-construction, property and topographic surveys, easement and consolidation maps were all prepared by our land surveyors for our civil engineers to use to design the site. Check out this aerial perspective courtesy of Viking’s drone video. via Blogger Transformation of an abandoned commercial building into a vibrant apartment complex
